Description

Full 5-Day Clinical Supervision Continuing Education Course meeting the requirements for the CPCS credential in GA and general supervisor credential in most other states. Each day provides 6 CE hours approved by LPCA-GA and NBCC.  The full course provides 30 CE hours. Includes Stepping in to Supervision, It Starts with a Contract-Documentation and Methods of Supervision, Telemental Health Supervision and Supervisee Skill Development, Ethical and Legal Issues in Supervision, and Supervision in Practice.

CE Hours

Completion of the full 5 day course provides 30 NBCC/LPCAGA approved CE hours. This course satisfies training requirements for new CPCS certification. Certificates are provided at the end of each training.

Registration Requirements

Participants may register for this training up until the date of the training. Participants may register for the complete course or for each class, individually. A link to the training site is provided in the payment receipt. You may use this link at any time to sign in to the training platform, which will provide you with reminders 1 week, 1 day, and 1 hour prior to the training.

Registration fees are paid by credit or debit card using ApplePay (not available on Chrome browser), Stripe credit card payment, or the secure PayPal card processing services. A PayPal account is not necessary to register.

Lynell A. Howard, PhD, LPC, NCC, CPCS

Dr. Lynell Howard is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor who has been in practice over 20 years. Dr. Howard has earned a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and Doctorate in organizational psychology. She holds licenses as a professional counselor in Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas and has been a practicing consultant and clinician in various settings. Aside from her work as a mental health clinician, Dr. Howard provides professional training, counseling, and support for professional organizations across the US, Europe, and Asia.
