Lynell Howard, PhD, LPC, NCC, CPCS  

Dr. Lynell Howard is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor who has been in practice over 20 years. Dr. Howard has earned a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and Doctorate in organizational psychology. She holds licenses as a professional counselor in Georgia and Louisiana and has been a practicing consultant and clinician in various settings.

Dr. Howard began her career as a member of a private group practice where she engaged in clinical counseling and psychometric assessment. She later established an independent practice and has served numerous consulting clients in small and large organizations, including the US Armed Services, public school districts, state government, and the private sector. She specializes in trauma care, relationship issues, and military mental health and has maintained interests in adolescent sex offender treatment and EMDR. Aside from her work as a mental health clinician, Dr. Howard provides professional training, counseling, and support for professional organizations across the US, Europe, and Asia.
