In this training, participants will have an opportunity to develop and present their plan for supervision, create their supervision policies, procedures, and documents, and identify important supervision agenda items to add structure to the supervision process. Participants will also be provided with scenarios to troubleshoot using their supervision style, plan, and approach. This training is highly interactive and requires that all participants give and receive feedback to one another in order to share ideas, consider multiple perspectives, and strengthen their individual plans for supervision.
